ART SHOW CONTEST: What does God’s love look like to you? Show us by entering this year’s Harvest Fest Art Show Contest, and you could win a prize!  You may use any form of medium to express what God’s love looks like to you.  Art  submissions, which will be categorized by age, are due by Sunday, October 20th.  COME ONE, COME ALL! HARVEST FEST VOLUNTEERS & DONATIONS: Harvest Fest is our Halloween alternative and a great outreach to our community of Ewa Beach, a blessed time of fellowship, food, and fun! Anyone interested serving in this ministry is encouraged to please attend this  meeting. We are also in need of donations; hot dogs, buns, candies, cakes, cookies, brownies, chips, gift card prizes… Sign-up sheets are out on the foyer. See Cameron or Nan Sciulli for more information.

FALL YOUTH CAMP: The deadline to make payments for the Youth Camp is Sunday, October 20th. Please make payments at the sign up table on the Lanai after each service. The camp is scheduled for Friday, November 15th – Sunday, November 17th @ Camp Palehua (formerly known as Camp Timberline) in Makakilo. The cost is $40 per youth.  Please see Pastor Felix Tan or Karen Tan for more information.

RIVER OF LIFE MISSION: Volunteers are needed. We invite you to come and be a blessing to the less fortunate. Please join us on Thursday, October 17th at 6:30 PM at the River of Life Mission located on North Pauahi Street between           Maunakea and River Street. Free parking is available on the street. COMMUNITY OUTREACH—40 DAYS FOR LIFE:  Please join us in our fast and peaceful prayer vigil from now until Sunday, November 3rd. There will be a Candlelight Vigil this Saturday, October 19th, at 7pm, outside of the Planned Parenthood in Honolulu. We are praying that God’s love is evident at the abortion center so they may consider alternatives to choose life for their babies. You may also donate to the local pregnancy center, A Place for Women in Waipio, after both services outside on the lanai. MEN'S BIBLE STUDY: Men, it’s not too late to join! This great study called Seeking Him is designed to stir up personal revival—to get back your passion and zeal for the LORD! The study is every Saturday at 7:30 am in the Youth Room, and the book costs is $15. Please see Whitney Vellalos or Craig Rowland to  purchase, or for any questions.
