Operation Christmas Child Final Collection Date Is Sunday, November 18th

Harvest Fest Volunteers: Volunteers are needed for our Harvest Fest Event on Wednesday, October 31st from 6 ­ 8 PM. This is a great outreach to our community of Ewa Beach. Volunteers are needed to set-up, breakdown, run the games, photo booth and to assist wherever needed. Sign–up sheets are posted on the bulletin board in the foyer. Harvest Fest Donations: You can support the Harvest Fest by donating hot dogs, hot dog buns and bags of individually wrapped candies. Candy donations may be dropped off at the church office Monday-Friday from 8-4 PM or on Sundays during service hours. Hot dogs and buns may be brought to the church on SUNDAY, October 28th. Harvest Fest Meeting: There will be a Harvest Fest Meeting on Sunday, October 28th, after the 2nd Service in Classroom 1 & 2. If you singed up to help or would like to get more information about what assistance is still needed, please attend this meeting. See Pastor Kelly for more information

River of Life Mission: Volunteers needed. We invite you to come and be a blessing to those less fortunate. Please join us this Thursday, October 18th, at 6:30 PM at the River of Life Mission located at 101 North Pauahi Street between Maunakea and River Street. Free Parking is available on the street. OCC Informational Meeting: There will be informational meetings on Sunday, November 4th, after both services in classroom #1. These meetings are to address and answer questions or needed clarification on Operation Christmas Child (OCC). OCC distributes Christmas gift-filled shoe boxes to children of less fortunate families around the world. There are several ways you may help, please see enclosed flyer. See Pastor Tau for more information.

Thanksgiving Outreach: Each year we have been able to be a blessing to our, elderly, less fortunate, Military, and single parent families. Ko’Olina Resort will   provide the food and we will serve our community with a complimentary Thanksgiving meal on Saturday, November 17th from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. If you are interested in donating (plates, cups, utensils, and napkins), sign–up sheets are posted in the foyer. Please bring donations to the church by WEDNESDAY, November 14th. If you are in need of a meal and would like to reserve a Thanksgiving Outreach ticket please see Lisa Rodriguez or Irene Couch. You may also reserve a ticket by contacting the church office at 689-6297.

Audio, Video & I.T. Needed: We are looking for experienced volunteers who have these set of skills to serve in the Sound Ministry. If this is you and God has place an interest in your heart to serve, then please see Pastor Dean for more information.
