Nothing...there is nothing like the firm conviction, that as believers in Jesus Christ, we’re children of God. You may have had a very difficult week, but you’re confident that God was there with you, in the trials, and the hardship. He promised never to leave you, and you know this, because “the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us” (Romans 5:5). Furthermore, the Spirit in us, is our guarantee, as God “has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee” (2Cor. 1:22). So remember, that no hardship you have experienced, or will face, can stand in comparison to the glory we have in Christ in eternity (Romans 8:18). All is well for us, even as we face life today, for “eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him” (1 Cor 2:9). You are a child of the Creator, Almighty God. Therefore, equip yourself daily with the Armor of God, (Eph. 6:10-18), which our heavenly Father have provided. The best preparation for those unexpected trials and hardships that we all face.
