“Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
The definition of fun is lively play or merry time. Can I be a Christian and still have fun? Absolutely! In my opinion, having fun is wrong when it takes us away from God, is selfcentered or causes us to wish things involving sinful things. It is especially wrong when it leads us to sin. God wants us to live a joyful life which is an important part of our Christian faith because these things will bring our spirits up and will allow us to see the beauty and meaning of life.
