Awana: (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) For those interested in helping in the AWANA this coming season, please see Pastor Dan, Sarah Reed, or Susan Fuchikami.  This is a great ministry to sow into the lives of our youth.  We will need leaders, teachers, listeners, helpers, and people to be praying for the success of the ministry, so please pray where God may use you.  The season will start in September.  Please watch the bulletin for updated  announcements.

Calvary Chapel 2017 Golf tournament:  It’s that time of year again for fun, food, fellowship and golf!  Please come and join us for the 2017 Calvary Chapel Annual Golf Fellowship to be held at the Ewa Beach Golf Club on August 25th, 2017.  The te-time is at 12:00 pm!  The format has not changed; there will be lunch, golf and a banquet dinner for $95 per player.  Drinks and ice cream will be provided while you play.  In this   tournament, everyone’s a winner just as all believers in Jesus Christ are winners.  We encourage you to invite a non-believer friend as there will be a pastoral message and testimony during the banquet dinner. Olelo No’eau Orientation:  Are you a Christian home-educated student who would like to learn to speak skillfully while honoring God in word, actions, and  attire. Home-educated students between the ages of 9-18 (as of January 1, 2018) are welcome to join the ‘Olelo No’eau speech and debate club.  Ages 5-8 are also welcomed to join if they have an older sibling participating.  Jr/JV Programs 5-8 years old.  JV Plus Program 12-13 year olds. Varsity Program 14-18 years old.  JV Plus and Varsity Students meet on most Mondays from 10:00 am-2:30 pm at PIBC and one Tuesday evening, 5:00-8:30 pm, per month at CCWO.  Jr & JV Students meet only 5 times at PIBC from 8:50-10:00 am.  If you are considering joining ‘Olelo No’eau please attend the mandatory orientation on Tuesday, August 1st at Calvary Chapel West Oahu, 91-928 Fort Weaver Road, Ewa Beach.  The orientation will begin promptly at 7 pm.  Please pass this information on to anyone who may be interested and let Beth Vellalos know if you plan to attend.
