28 MAY, 2023CHILDREN'S CHURCH: The new quarter will begin next month. We are still in need of Teachers and Assistants. A full curriculum is provided for you to teach from. If you have attended CCWO for about 6 months and would like to serve in the Children’s Ministry please see Mary Ishiki for more information. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: Vacation Bible School (VBS) will start on Monday, June 26-30th, 6PM-8:30PM. You may register outside on the lanai after service. This year’s theme is “Ocean Commotion” The story of Noah and the Flood. It’s a story of judgement and salvation; of obedience and disobedience. In an era of overwhelming wickedness, Noah set himself apart by living righteously! Please see Mary Ishiki for more information. VETERANS OUTREACH: Calling All Servants! Here is an opportunity to be used by the Lord. We will be having an outreach at the Veterans Homeless Shelter on Saturday, June 10 at 11:00 AM. We will share a meal and bring the Word of God to the men and women who may be facing loneliness, depression, or just going through a difficult time. Please see the flyer in your bulletin for more information. SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE: We are partnering with Harvest Family Life Ministries to help provide school supplies for keiki from hanai, adoptive, foster families, single parent families, and other keiki in need! We will be accepting donations for students in need up until Sunday, July 09. Please see the flyer in your bulletin for more information on the items needed. You may drop off your donations at the church office. See Debbie Kitaoka if you have any questions. TITHES & OFFERING: If you desire to worship the Lord with your giving, we have several ways to do so. You may go to www.givlia.com/g/ccwo. You can also simply scan QR code that’s posted in the foyer. There is also a tithe envelope located in the back of Your chair. Simply fill it out and drop it in the Agape Box located at the entrance of the Sanctuary. If you have any questions or need help please see one of our ushers. LOST & FOUND: Please stop by the lost & found table on the lanai after both services today to claim any items you may have forgotten or left behind. All unclaimed items will be donated. OFFICE CLOSURE: The church office will be closed tomorrow, Monday, May 29, in observance of Memorial Day. 21 MAY 2023YOUTH GROUP MEETING: Marcus & Stephanie will be holding a meeting for the parents of the youth group today after second service in the youth room. If your children are a part of the youth group, we are asking you to attend.

MEN’S STUDY: Men’s study will resume tonight, we will be looking at the story of Jesus and the Widow’s offering in Mark 14:41-44. Please come out and join us as we spend time in the Word.

MIDWEEK SERVICE: Please join us Wednesday Nights at 7PM as Pastor Tau takes us through the Book of James that teaches us patient perseverance during trials and temptations. The Book of James explains how to receive wisdom from God’s Word that results in a life that is fruitful even in the face of hardships. Please come out and be encouraged!
SLEEP IN HEAVENLY PEACE MINISTRY: Thank you to all those who came out yesterday to assist with building beds for the less fortunate kids. We will keep you updated on the next workday. Please see George if you have any questions.

We are looking for 15 volunteers of all ages & skill level to help us spread this blessing to our community. A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board in the foyer. We hope you were blessed by the fellowship, worship and the Word. A big thank you to all the ladies who helped with the set up, decoration and breaking down, also to those who assisted with the food, this event would not be possible without you! FAMILY PRAYER NIGHT: Family prayer night is tonight. Every first Sunday of the month is our time to get together as a church family where we can come and intercede for and with one another on behalf of our families, our fellowship and church body, our community, our state, our country, our leaders, and beyond.
